Shipping- Because almost everything we sell is custom/ sewn after purchase, our shipping times can vary greatly depending on how many orders we currently have and how large those orders are. Generally shipping is between 2 and 4 weeks. At 4 weeks we put a notice at the top of the website. Anything more than 6 weeks and we stop taking orders until we catch up.
We ship USPS.
Returns- We accept returns on clean, unused products. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase for authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is our fault (ie- wrong item sent, defects), in which case a return shipping label will be provided.
